MULTIVOL^®

This is the trade name of the CAYVOL GRUP for our container hook loaders, of our own design and fabrication, also known as ‘hook-lifts’.

The MULTIVOL^® product range consists of equipment that conforms to strict EC standards, with a capacity of elevation from 3 to 30 tons.

All of them, with the exception of the lightweight three and five ton product range are equipped with the horizontal hydraulic mobile column that allows the containers transported to be of different lengths.

In this way and throughout the whole product range, the equipment comes with hydraulic container fixing locks.

MULTICONTAINER

This is the trade name of the CAYVOL GRUP for the skip-loaders of our own design and manufacture.

The MULTICONTAINER range consists of equipment that complies strictly with EC standards, and has a capacity of elevation from 3 tons to 20 tons. All of them , are equipped with telescopic arms of hexagonal design and manufacture as well as legs with independently operated rear supports. They also come as standard tipping hooks with pneumatic drive. For their correct operation, they come with pneumatic cabin controls as standard and hydraulic exterior commands. All the MULTICONTAINER range is developed with the most advanced systems and information design programs. We use top quality steels with a high elastic limit for its manufacture, obtaining in this way dependability, durability and low tare weight.

MULTIVOL^®SEMI-TRAILER

Belonging to our range of high tonnage container transport equipment, these versions are manufactured as semi-trailers to be used with a tractor.

Designed and manufactured by ourselves, including the SEMI-TRAILER chassis, the range stands out for having ample variants of two and three axles , various lengths and the capacity to load up to 30tons. The large amount of experience accumulated in the many years of manufacture allows us to offer a container hook loader semi-trailer that surely has the most robust structure, has a lowest tare weight and a centre of gravity that is the most readily available on the market.

CONTAINER TRANSPORT TRAILERS

The MULTIVOL^® The MULTIVOL® TRAILERS are designed and manufactured through a container guidance system that allows its correct transportation independently from the measurements and position of the container rollers.

This allows an ample and maximum compatibility with the different containers that clients might deal with. These trailers are equipped with a complete system of pneumatic locking, that along with some adjustable stoppers, keep the container secured during transport.

MULTIVOL^® AGRICULTURAL TRAILER

Encompassing all the MULTIVOL^® AGRICULTURAL TRAILER range from 3 to 30 tons, this model is attained with a specific chassis made of a structural tube.

CAYVOL offers this variant in the format of agricultural trailer as part of its range of MULTIVOL and MULTICONTAINER, products. Our Technical Office adapts the chassis of our different types and range of equipment to the needs of the clientele, agricultural trailer manufacturing requirements, axle types (tandem or tridem), tonnage and lengths of the containers, etc.

With the finality of integrating to the maximum these structures, our equipment comes designed and manufactured with a specific chassis made from a structural tube that allows the direct coupling of the axles, reducing tare and height.
